We hosted an evening of Hollywood Glamour and Fundraising during the 83rd Annual Academy Awards.
We matched each person's minimum donation of $35 and gave all proceeds to the American Cancer Society.
The event was a success, raising over $5K!

AAAHC/Medicare Deemed Status Survey
In February 2009, Take Shape Surgery Center, LLC was awarded the maximum 3 year AAAHC accreditation.
From the Inspector's report we were deemed:
