DR. PHILIP JACOBSON, MD (Anesthesiologist)

Dr. Jacobson is President of South Florida Anesthesiologist, Inc. and is our Director of Anesthesiology. In practice since 1994, he is a pleasant and very skilled anesthesiologist. He is 45 years old, married, and has two lovely children. He enjoys dining, playing chess, swimming, and Tae-kwon-do.

Currently, he is an instructor in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS). Dr. Jacobson was born in southern California. At twenty-five, he wanted to learn a new culture so he followed his brother’s footsteps and went to medical school in Guadalajara, Mexico. He completed his medical school clinical training at the Flushing Hospital & Medical Center-affiliated with Albert Einstein School of Medicine in New York. After completing medical school, he went on to complete one year of Internal Medicine rotation at Elmhurst City Hospital in New York, an affiliate of the Mount Sinai School of Medicine.

From there he continued the practice of Internal Medicine at Flushing Hospital for another year. He found his love of anesthesiology and was accepted to The Brookdale Hospital & Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York. The Brookdale Hospital & Medical Center department of anesthesiology is affiliated with New York University. After completing his anesthesiology residency he continued anesthesiology in pain management as a fellow at Brookdale Hospital & Medical Center. Dr. Jacobson is board certified with the AAPC.

In 1996, Dr. Jacobson moved to south Florida and worked his way to Vice Chairman at Plantation General Hospital. This is where he met Dr. Sassani. Dr. Jacobson also sat on multiple committees of the Plantation General Hospital. Now, we are fortunate to have him as our Director of Anesthesiology at Take Shape Surgery Center.

TANYA PATRON (Physician Assistant)

Tanya Patron, MCMSc, PA-C, received her Master’s of Clinical Medical Science from Barry University in South Florida, and is a Florida licensed, nationally certified Physician Assistant at Take Shape Plastic Surgery, PA.  She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Florida Academy of Physician Assistants.

Tanya grew up in New Orleans, LA and moved to Miami in 2003, after graduating from Louisiana State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Biological Sciences.  She enjoys cooking and baking for her friends and family. She also loves interacting with her patients and being a part of the Take Shape team.

PAMELA QUINN (Medical Aesthetician)

Pamela Quinn, licensed medical aesthetician, brings over 15 years of experience to Take Shape Plastic Surgery's new and existing patients. She expertly recommends effective product regimens and promotes facials as a means to improve skin texture and tone.

Pamela incorporates proven-effective massage techniques into her treatments to stimulate blood circulation and loosen surface cells. The end result is a healthier, vibrant, more radiant skin with visible ''glowability'.

Trained in cosmetics, Pamela offers consultations on how best to enhance natural beauty and/or camouflage after surgical procedures. Best of all, she advises on how best to leverage skin care treatments and customized regimens to optimize long term results for each individual patient. Through her unwavering enthusiasm and magnetically charming personality, she is an example of refined, sophisticated, ageless beauty.

BEATRIZ KOWALSKI (Massage Therapist)

Born in Argentina, Beatriz Kowalski graduated from the University of La Plata in Buenos Aires with a degree in Physical Education in 1983. She taught and trained clients in her own gym and also apprenticed for massage therapy.

In 1990, Beatriz arrived in the United Stated as a single mother with her young three year old son and a passion for healing.

Beatriz graduated from Florida College of Health and passed the State exam in 1997 and has primarily practiced Massage Therapy ever since. She has worked in numerous medical establishments while at the same time maintaining a strong private practice. Beatriz also has long standing experience with insurance billing for automobile accident patients.

Beatriz also specializes in energy healing in the form of Bio Energy Healing, Reiki and Qigong instruction.

We are very glad to have her here at Take Shape Plastic Surgery, PA.

DEBI RICHICHI (Permanent Make-up)

Debi has professional skin and hair care experience that stretches over a 35 year period and includes salon owner, stylist/colorist, makeup artist and national educator and trainer, with Cosmetology licenses in FL and NJ. Her strong desire to work more closely with her clients and enrich their personal appearances, led her to pursue the field of permanent cosmetics.

She is a graduate of the Florida College of Natural Health, where she received her professional permanent makeup training. FCNH is the most advanced licensed training facility in the state. She received her areola pigmentation training with Ms. Robin Hays at the Guastella Institute of Permanent and Corrective Cosmetics. She is also an active member of the Society of Permanent Cosmetic Professionals (SPCP), the largest society representing permanent make-up professionals.

Based on her artistic talents, extensive experience in cosmetology and her training as a Dermal Pigmentation Specialist, she intends to bring the art and science of dermal pigmentation to her clients by enhancing and beautifying their natural attributes.

She has created a large following of very satisfied clients, whose references are available upon request. She has performed numerous procedures that include the permanent application of eyebrows, eye-liner, lips and areolas. She provides her clients with the highest level of professional care and skill, using the highest quality of color pigments available.
