AAAHC/Medicare Deemed Status Survey
In February 2009, Take Shape Surgery Center, LLC was awarded the maximum three year AAAHC accreditation. From the Inspector's report, he deemed us a "model" facility in which "aspects of the clinic were the best he had ever seen".
