About Dr. Sassani
Dr. Sassani was born in central Pennsylvania and grew up in southern New Jersey, where he attended Rutgers University as a pharmacist student. After becoming a pharmacist, he worked through medical school. Still not satisfied, Sassani continued to get his general surgery residency at the University of Pennsylvania. During his residency, he had the opportunity to work with influential plastic surgeons that became role models to the growing surgeon that is now one of the best in the nation.
As a certified member of the American Board of Plastic Surgeons, Dr. Sassani is highly trained in plastic surgery. Dr. Sassani believes that one of the best characteristics in a plastic surgeon is their board certification. Board certification is very imperative to patients and their safety. Without this certification, the surgeon is not guaranteed to keep the patient’s health paramount during the surgery. At Take Shape Plastic Surgery, though aesthetics is crucial, safety is our number one concern.
Dr. Sassani does not cut any corners when it comes to safety, especially in the in-house center where procedures are done. Take Shape has gone through three very stringent inspections of our center. This proves we can do everything just as safely and effectively here in our center compared to an outpatient center. The quiet and private location is soothing to our patients, when they visit us for a procedure. We also offer an in-house anesthesiologist for the best outcome of our patient’s procedure.
